This one shows you the actual page.

Upload a PDF and the tool renders the real first page with PDF.js — the same engine behind Firefox's built-in PDF viewer — then overlays your watermark on top of it at the exact position, rotation, and opacity it will be drawn at when you apply it. Drag the opacity slider, change the color, switch position from Center to Tile, and the overlay updates instantly against your actual document, not a placeholder rectangle. What you see before clicking apply is what ends up in the downloaded file.

Five one-click presets cover the common cases without touching a single slider: Confidential and Draft as large diagonal stamps, Sample for demo documents, Approved as a small banner near the top, and Copy tiled in a repeating grid across the whole page to make the mark harder to crop out.

Text or your logo — and four ways to place either one

Switch between a text watermark and an uploaded PNG or JPG logo using the mode toggle — both share the same opacity, rotation, and position controls, so a company logo gets the exact same placement options as a CONFIDENTIAL stamp: Center, Top, Bottom, or Tile, which repeats the mark in a 3×4 grid across the page instead of placing it once. You can also restrict the stamp to specific pages with a custom range like
1-3, 5
instead of watermarking every page in the document.

Need to stamp more than one file? Add several PDFs before applying — each one gets watermarked with the same settings, and if you've added more than one, the tool zips every output together into a single download instead of triggering a separate save dialog per file.

Everything renders and saves in your browser

The preview render, the watermark placement math, and the final PDF save all run client-side — the preview uses PDF.js to draw the page, and the actual watermarking uses pdf-lib to embed text or an image directly into the PDF's page content. Your document and your logo are read into memory and never sent anywhere; there's no upload progress bar because there's no upload. Close the tab and nothing of your file remains anywhere but the ZIP or PDF you just downloaded.

Try it on your next internal report, contract draft, or client deliverable with the SolveBar PDF Watermark tool — stamp CONFIDENTIAL on a draft before it goes out, brand a proposal with your logo, or tile COPY across a document you're sharing for review.

Most job applications today don't go to a person first. They go into an Applicant Tracking System, which extracts the text from your PDF, tries to slot it into fields (name, job titles, dates, skills), and scores it against the job posting before a recruiter ever opens it. If the parser misreads your layout, qualified candidates get filtered out silently — no rejection email, no feedback, just nothing.

This isn't a reason to panic, but it is a reason to think about your resume as two documents at once: one a human will skim for 7 seconds, and one a piece of software will parse character by character. They don't always want the same thing.

What actually confuses an ATS (the mechanical version, not the folklore)

A lot of resume advice repeats "avoid tables, avoid photos" without explaining why. Here's the actual mechanism: some ATS software extracts PDF text in raw reading order — left to right, top to bottom. A two-column layout with a photo and skills in a sidebar can get read completely out of order, so your job title ends up interleaved with a skill from the sidebar. The content isn't lost, it's just scrambled by the time a keyword matcher sees it.

Non-standard section titles cause a quieter version of the same problem. Rename "Experience" to something creative and you might be invisible to a parser tuned to look for the standard headings.

None of this means styled resumes are wrong — it means the right choice depends on who's reading first. That's the actual reason I built five templates into SolveBar's CV Builder instead of one "safe default": a plain ATS-safe layout for portal applications, and four more expressive ones for everything else.

Building the resume, without the guesswork

Open the Resume / CV Builder and you get a Basics tab, a Design tab, and a running list of sections (Experience, Education, Skills, and whatever else you add) down the left side. Every field updates a live preview on the right as you type, so you're never guessing what the PDF will actually look like.

A few details that save real time once you're mid-edit:

Every section supports drag-and-drop reordering — both the sections themselves and individual entries within a section (put your most recent or most relevant job first without retyping anything).

Word/character counters sit under the summary and bullet fields, so "how long should this be" becomes a visible number instead of a guess.

Undo is a toast, not a confirmation dialog — delete an entry by mistake and a one-click Undo appears at the bottom of the screen for a few seconds, instead of a scary "are you sure?" popup interrupting your flow.

Everything autosaves to your browser's local storage. Close the tab, come back next week, your draft is exactly where you left it — no account required.

Checking your resume before you hit apply

This is the part most resume builders skip entirely. Click the score pill in the top bar and it opens a breakdown of what's actually weak — missing contact fields, a summary that's too short or too long, experience bullets with no numbers or action verbs, too few (or too many) listed skills. Click ATS next to it, and you get two more things: format-risk warnings specific to your chosen template (photo in a risky sidebar, an unusual font), and a keyword-match checker — paste in an actual job description and it scores your resume against that specific posting, then lists the meaningful terms you're missing.

That last part matters more than generic advice does. "Use keywords" is useless without knowing which keywords a specific job actually cares about — this tells you.

Which template should you actually use?

Classic and Minimal are safe, single-column defaults that read well either way. ATS-safe strips out anything that could confuse a parser — use it for large-company application portals where you genuinely don't know what's on the other end. Modern (dark sidebar) and Creative (accent header, optional photo) look the strongest to a human reading directly, which is the right tradeoff when a person opens your PDF first — a referral, a small company, a direct email to a hiring manager.

There's no template that's objectively correct for every application. There's only the honest tradeoff: what looks best to a person skimming for seven seconds is often structurally riskier for the software that reads it first. Pick per application, not once and forever.

Four chains, checked on demand.

Add a wallet address once — an ETH address, a label, done. It's saved to your browser's local storage, and it stays chain-agnostic: switch the chain tab at the top between Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon, and Solana, and the same saved list gets re-checked against whichever network is active. Since Ethereum, BNB Chain, and Polygon are all EVM-compatible, the exact same
0x...
address works on all three without re-adding anything — only Solana needs its own base58 address format, validated automatically when you add it.

Click "Check balances" and each saved wallet is queried directly against a public RPC endpoint for that chain — no proxy, no paid API key required, no rate-limited backend to wait on.

Real balances, animated in, not a wall of numbers

Each wallet's result card fades and slides in as its balance resolves, showing the native coin balance and any common tokens held (USDT, USDC, and other major tokens per chain) as pill-shaped badges with amounts. The total portfolio value across every saved wallet counts up smoothly to its final USD figure instead of just appearing — small detail, but it makes checking a dozen wallets feel a lot less like staring at a spreadsheet.

Prices come from CoinGecko's public price endpoint, matched against whatever coins actually come back from each wallet, so the total is a real sum across every token found — not just the native coin.

Built for checking, not custody

This is a read-only balance checker — there's no wallet connection, no signing, no way for it to move funds even if it wanted to. You're just querying public on-chain data through public infrastructure, the same data anyone could look up on a block explorer, just aggregated across every wallet and chain you care about in one screen. Your saved list persists across visits (still just local storage, still just on your device), so checking a batch of wallets is a repeatable one-click action, not a re-typing exercise every time.

This tool turns that hex string back into something you can actually read — and back again.

Paste any calldata — a
transfer
, an
approve
, a DEX swap — and pick or type the function signature you think it matches. The tool computes the real function selector from that signature with
keccak256
and checks it against the first 4 bytes of your calldata live, as you type. Get it right and you see a green match badge with the selector; get it wrong and you know immediately, before wasting time decoding against the wrong ABI.

Decoding isn't limited to a handful of simple types.
address[]
arrays, nested tuples written as
(type1,type2)
, strings, bytes — anything Solidity's ABI encoding supports, this decodes, each parameter shown as its own row with an index, a type badge, the decoded value, and a one-click copy button.

Decoding is only half the tool

Switch to Encode mode and the same signature input now drives a form: one input per parameter, type-aware — a plain text box for most types, comma-separated values for arrays, JSON-array syntax for tuples. Fill them in and it builds the exact calldata a wallet or script would need to send, with the selector prepended automatically.

This closes the loop that most ABI tools leave open: you can decode a transaction you're inspecting, tweak a value, and re-encode it into calldata to actually send — without ever touching a second tool or writing a script.

Everything runs in your browser, nothing is uploaded

Decoding and encoding both happen client-side using
ethers.js
. Your contract addresses, calldata, and parameter values never leave the page — there's no server round-trip, no logging, no rate limit. Paste calldata from a block explorer, a failed transaction, or a contract you're auditing, and read it privately.

A few examples are built in to get started fast: a plain ERC-20
transfer
, an
approve
, and a Uniswap-style
swapExactTokensForTokens
call that exercises the
address[]
array path — decode any of them instantly to see the tool handle both simple and dynamic types correctly.

Rarely both.

So this tool has two modes on the exact same data. Simple mode is a single screen: From, Bill To, invoice details, line items, tax/discount/shipping, notes, total — fill it in top to bottom and download a PDF. No dashboard, no saved list, nothing to learn. It's built to feel like the classic one-off invoice generators people have used for years.

Click Preview at any point and it opens a full invoice preview in a modal, matching the PDF almost exactly, so there's no guessing what the client will actually receive.

Advanced mode: for when it's not just one invoice

Toggle to Advanced and the same invoice you were just editing is already sitting in a saved list — nothing is lost, nothing is duplicated. What Advanced adds on top:

A dashboard — total invoiced, total paid, and outstanding balance across every invoice, correctly split out if you bill in more than one currency instead of silently adding dollars to euros.

Status tracking — draft, sent, paid, or overdue, shown per invoice in a sortable list, with an invoice auto-flagged overdue once its due date passes.

A client address book and item catalog — save a client or a recurring line item once, reuse it on every future invoice instead of retyping it.

Partial payments — log a deposit or installment against an invoice and the balance updates automatically.

Multiple business profiles — useful if you invoice under more than one business name or entity.

Backup and export — a full JSON backup of everything (invoices, clients, catalog) you can restore from later, plus a CSV export for your own records or accountant.

Three templates, your choice of accent color

Minimal, Professional, and Modern — pick per invoice, not once for every invoice you'll ever send. Whatever you choose renders identically in the live preview and the final PDF, and an accent color picker lets you match your own branding instead of a generic default blue.

Everything autosaves to your browser as you type — close the tab, come back tomorrow, your draft is exactly where you left it. No account, no cloud sync, no server ever sees your client data.

Every crypto tool I used asked for something. An email. A wallet connection. An account. Sometimes all three, just to see a gas price or calculate a trade.

I got tired of it. Your wallet address is sensitive data. Your trade history is sensitive data. Your portfolio is sensitive data. None of it should be sitting on someone else's server.

So, I built a suite of blockchain tools that work entirely in your browser. No login. No tracking. No server ever sees your data. Everything runs locally and saves to your browser's local storage — yours alone.

Here is every tool, what it does, and when you actually need it.

Live Market Tools
⛽ ETH Gas Tracker
solvebar.com/tools/eth-gas-tracker
Gas fees can triple within an hour during peak network activity. This tracker shows live Ethereum gas prices for slow, standard, and fast transactions — refreshing automatically every 15 seconds. Check it before any swap, contract interaction, or NFT mint. Timing your transaction right can save you serious money.

😱 Crypto Fear & Greed Index
solvebar.com/tools/fear-greed-index
One number that captures the mood of the entire crypto market — from 0 (extreme fear) to 100 (extreme greed). Historically, extreme fear has been a buying signal, and extreme greed has preceded corrections. It is not a perfect indicator, but it is one of the most watched sentiment tools in crypto for a reason.

Trading Calculators
📈 Crypto P&L Calculator
solvebar.com/tools/crypto-pnl-calculator
Enter your buy price, sell price, and amount. Get instant profit or loss in both dollar terms and percentage ROI. Simple, fast, and no account needed. Your trade data stays in your browser — it is not being logged anywhere.

📅 DCA Calculator
solvebar.com/tools/dca-calculator
What if you had bought $100 of Bitcoin every week for the last two years? Enter any coin, a recurring investment amount, start date, and frequency to see your hypothetical accumulated holdings and cost basis. It shows exactly how dollar-cost averaging would have performed compared to the current price.

🧾 Crypto Tax Estimator
solvebar.com/tools/crypto-tax-calculator
Nobody wants to think about crypto taxes, but doing a rough calculation before you sell is better than a surprise at year-end. Enter your trades — buy price, sell price, quantity, and holding period — to get an estimated capital gains tax liability. It supports both short-term and long-term rates. For estimation only — always consult a tax professional for filing.

🥩 Crypto Staking Calculator
solvebar.com/tools/crypto-staking-calculator
Enter your staking amount and APY to see daily, monthly, and annual rewards. It compares simple vs. compound staking returns side by side, so you can see exactly how much reinvesting your rewards adds over time. Supports any token — just enter a custom APY. Useful for comparing staking opportunities across different protocols.

💥 Liquidation Price Calculator
solvebar.com/tools/liquidation-calculator
If you trade with leverage, knowing your liquidation price before you open a position is not optional — it is survival. Enter your entry price, leverage, position size, and direction (long or short) to get your exact liquidation price instantly. It supports both cross and isolated margin modes. This is one of the most important tools on this list if you trade futures or perpetuals.

Portfolio Tools
💼 Crypto Portfolio Tracker
solvebar.com/tools/crypto-portfolio
Add your holdings manually — coin, quantity, and average buy price. Live prices update automatically, showing current value, profit or loss, and ROI per asset. No wallet connection required. No account. Everything saves to your browser's local storage only. Your portfolio is visible to nobody but you.

👁️ Crypto Watchlist
solvebar.com/tools/crypto-watchlist
Add any token and set a target price. Live prices refresh automatically, with visual alerts when a coin approaches your target. It persists across sessions without any account. Open it in a browser tab and let it run in the background while you work.

Ethereum Developer Tools
Ξ Wei / Gwei / ETH Converter
solvebar.com/tools/eth-unit-converter
Convert between Wei, Gwei, and ETH instantly. Essential for Solidity developers reading contract return values, DeFi traders checking gas costs, and anyone working with Ethereum at a technical level.

🔗 ABI Decoder / Encoder
solvebar.com/tools/abi-decoder
Paste raw calldata and a function signature to decode the parameters into human-readable form. Know exactly what a transaction is doing before you sign it — not after. Runs entirely in your browser. Your contract data is never uploaded anywhere.

👛 Wallet Age Checker
solvebar.com/tools/wallet-age-checker
Paste any Ethereum wallet address to see its first transaction date, wallet age, and total transaction count. Useful for airdrop eligibility checks, researching whale wallets, doing due diligence on P2P counterparties, and understanding how long a project team's wallets have been active.

The One Thing Every Tool Has in Common
No server ever processes your data.

Gas prices are fetched directly from public APIs in your browser. Calculations happen in browser memory. Portfolio data saves to your local storage — not a database somewhere. Wallet lookups query public blockchain data directly.

Your trade history, your portfolio, your wallet addresses — none of it passes through any server I control.

All 12 Tools in One Place
👉 solvebar.com/category/blockchain

Along with 65 more free tools for developers, image editing, PDF management, finance, and productivity — all built on the same principle.

No signup. No tracking. No ads. Just tools that work.

The Moment That Started Everything
It was a regular Tuesday evening. I had just finished designing a logo for a small side project I was working on. The file was an SVG — clean, crisp, vector-perfect. But the platform I needed to upload it to only accepted PNG.
Simple problem, right? Just convert it.
I opened Google and searched for an SVG to PNG converter. The first result looked decent. I clicked it. The page loaded with three banner ads above the fold. I found the upload button, selected my file, and watched the progress bar fill up.
Then I stopped.
I sat there staring at the screen thinking — I just uploaded a file I am going to use commercially to a website I know nothing about. I have no idea who runs it. I have no idea what they do with uploaded files. Their privacy policy is a wall of legal text I will never read. And my file is now sitting on some server somewhere.
For a logo, maybe that is fine. But what if it was a passport scan? A contract? A photo with location metadata embedded in it? A watermarked image from a client project?
I closed the tab and started thinking about it properly.

Every time I needed to crop, resize, compress or convert an image — I was handing my files to a stranger on the internet and hoping for the best.

The Problem Nobody Talks About
I started asking around — developers, designers, freelancers. Everyone had the same story. They used online image tools constantly. TinyPNG for compression. Convertio for format conversion. Some random cropping site they found on page one of Google.
And none of them had ever thought seriously about what happened to their files after upload.
The alternative was not great either. Install Photoshop — expensive, heavy, overkill for a quick crop. Install GIMP — powerful but the learning curve for basic tasks is real. Install a desktop converter app — and then deal with popups trying to install toolbars?
There was no middle ground. Either you uploaded your files to a third-party server and hoped for the best, or you installed heavyweight software for tasks that should take 30 seconds.
That was the gap. And I decided to fill it.

The Realisation: Browsers Are Powerful Enough
Modern browsers can do extraordinary things. The Canvas API, FileReader API, WebAssembly — these technologies mean that image processing that used to require server-side code or desktop applications can now happen entirely inside a browser tab.
No upload. No server. No waiting. No privacy risk. The file goes from your device into browser memory, gets processed, and the result downloads directly back to you. The image never leaves your machine.
That was the insight behind SolveBar.
I started building. One tool at a time. Every tool following the same rule: nothing gets uploaded, nothing gets stored, nothing gets logged. Your files are yours. Full stop.
Here is every image tool I built, what it does, and the real situation that made me build it.

The 11 Image Tools — and Why Each One Exists

Image Compressor
solvebar.com/tools/image-compressor
The scenario: You have a beautiful product photo — 4.2MB, sharp, professional. You need to upload it to your website. Your host has a 2MB limit. The usual solution? Upload it to TinyPNG.
TinyPNG is excellent — but you are literally sending your product images to a third-party server. For many businesses, those images are proprietary assets.
The SolveBar Image Compressor uses the browser's Canvas API to compress JPG, PNG and WebP files client-side. You adjust the quality slider. You see the before and after file size in real time. You download the compressed file. Nothing went anywhere.

Image Resizer
solvebar.com/tools/image-resizer
The scenario: A client sends you a 4000x3000px photo and asks you to resize it to exactly 1200x800 for their blog header. You do not have Photoshop. You do not want to install anything.
Online resizers work — but they require upload. And some watermark your output on the free tier, or force you to create an account to download at full quality.
The SolveBar Image Resizer takes your image, lets you set exact pixel dimensions or a percentage scale, locks aspect ratio to avoid distortion, and produces the resized file instantly. It works for JPG, PNG, WebP and GIF. The whole thing runs in your browser.

Image Cropper
solvebar.com/tools/image-cropper
The scenario: You take a great photo but the subject is slightly off-centre. You need a quick crop — maybe square for Instagram, maybe 16:9 for a YouTube thumbnail. You do not need a full editor. You just need a crop.
The SolveBar Image Cropper lets you drag a selection box over your uploaded image, choose from preset aspect ratios (square, 16:9, 4:3, freeform) or set a custom ratio, preview the result and download it. Thirty seconds. No upload. No account.

Image Format Converter
solvebar.com/tools/image-converter
The scenario: The SVG-to-PNG problem that started everything. But also — a client sends you a WebP file and your old CMS does not support WebP. Or you have a PNG and need JPG to reduce file size. Or you have a GIF you need as a static PNG.
The SolveBar Image Format Converter converts between JPG, PNG, WebP and GIF in your browser. You can batch convert multiple files at once. Output quality is controlled by a slider for lossy formats.

Image to Base64 Converter
solvebar.com/tools/image-to-base64
The scenario: You are building an email template and want to embed a small logo directly in the HTML so it shows even when images are blocked by the email client. You need the image as a Base64 data URI.
Or you are working with a REST API that expects image data as a Base64 string in a JSON payload. This tool converts any image to a Base64 encoded data URI instantly. Copy and paste directly into your HTML, CSS or JSON.

EXIF Metadata Viewer
solvebar.com/tools/exif-viewer
The scenario: You are about to post a photo on social media. That photo was taken on your phone. Your phone embeds GPS coordinates — your exact home address — into the EXIF metadata of every photo it takes. You do not know this.
EXIF metadata is invisible to the naked eye but readable by anyone who downloads your image. It can contain your camera model, exact date and time, lens settings, and precise GPS coordinates.
The irony of checking your EXIF data using an online tool that requires upload is not lost on me. The SolveBar EXIF Viewer reads all metadata entirely in your browser. The photo never leaves your device.

Color Picker from Image
solvebar.com/tools/color-picker-image
The scenario: A designer sends you a mockup image. You need to match the exact background colour in your CSS. You hover over the image — but you do not have Figma. You try to eyeball the hex code and you are off by enough to notice.
The SolveBar Color Picker lets you upload any image, click anywhere on it, and instantly get the HEX, RGB and HSL values of the exact pixel you clicked. It builds a palette of your picked colours automatically.

Image Filters & Effects
solvebar.com/tools/image-filters
The scenario: You need a quick edit on a photo — just a brightness boost and slight contrast increase before sending it to a client. Every major online photo editor requires an account. Most are subscription-based.
The SolveBar Image Filters tool gives you real-time sliders for brightness, contrast, saturation, hue, blur, sharpen, grayscale, sepia, invert and vignette. Adjust, preview, download. No account. No upload. No subscription.

Image Watermark
solvebar.com/tools/image-watermark
The scenario: You are a freelance photographer. You want to share preview images with a client but protect the full-resolution originals. You need a watermark.
The problem with watermarking tools that require upload: you are sending your original, unwatermarked, full-resolution image to a server. The SolveBar Image Watermark tool adds text or image watermarks directly in your browser. Your original never left your device.

SVG to PNG Converter
solvebar.com/tools/svg-to-png
The scenario: This one is personal — it is literally the problem that started everything. You have an SVG logo. You need a PNG. You do not want to upload it anywhere.
The SolveBar SVG to PNG converter lets you set any custom width and height, renders the SVG at that resolution using the browser's native rendering engine, and produces a crisp PNG. Complex SVGs with gradients and filters are fully supported.

Image Diff Checker
solvebar.com/tools/image-diff
The scenario: You are a developer doing UI testing. You have a screenshot from before a code change and after. You need to know what changed visually. Did the button move? Did the font shift? Did something change by 2 pixels?
The SolveBar Image Diff Checker takes two images, compares them pixel by pixel, highlights every difference in red, and gives you a percentage similarity score. All of it happens in your browser.

The Philosophy Behind All of It
Every tool on SolveBar follows the same principle: your data is yours. It does not pass through my servers. It does not get logged. It does not get stored.
This is not just a privacy feature. It is also faster. Processing that happens locally has zero network latency. No upload wait, no server queue, no download wait. You select a file, the tool runs, you get a result — usually in under a second.
And it works offline. Open SolveBar, load a tool, disconnect from the internet. The tools still work because there is nothing to connect to.

I built the tools I wished existed. Tools that respected my files the way I wanted my users' files respected.

Try Them — Free, Forever
All 11 image tools are completely free. No account. No email. No watermark on output. No file size limit behind a paywall.
SolveBar has 77 tools in total — developer utilities, crypto and blockchain tools, PDF tools, finance calculators and more. All built on the same privacy-first principle.

You need to merge two PDFs quickly, so you Google "merge PDF free", click the first result, upload your documents — and then realize you just sent potentially sensitive files to some random server in another country.

For most people, that's fine. But what if those PDFs contain:

A signed contract with client details

A bank statement

A confidential business proposal

Medical records

Legal documents

Suddenly that "free" tool doesn't feel so free.

The Problem With Most Free PDF Tools

Most online PDF tools work the same way:

You upload your file to their server

Their server processes it

You download the result

Your file sits on their server (for how long? who knows)

Some tools are transparent about this. Many aren't. And even the honest ones — you're trusting their security, their data retention policies, and that they won't sell or misuse your data.

There's a better way.

Browser-Based PDF Processing — How It Works

Modern browsers are powerful enough to process PDF files entirely locally using JavaScript libraries like PDF.js and pdf-lib. This means a well-built tool can:

Read your PDF file in memory

Process it (merge, split, compress, whatever)

Give you the result to download

All without your file ever touching a server.

Your file goes: device → browser → device. That's it.

5 PDF Tools That Work This Way

All of these tools are available free at solvebar.com — no login, no upload, no tracking.

1. PDF Merger

🔗 solvebar.com/tools/pdf-merger

Combine multiple PDF files into one. Drag to reorder before merging. The entire operation runs in your browser — useful when you need to combine contracts, reports or scanned documents without exposing their contents.

When you need it: Combining a cover letter and portfolio into one file before sending a job application. Merging monthly bank statements into one annual document.

2. PDF Splitter

🔗 solvebar.com/tools/pdf-splitter

Extract specific pages or split a PDF into individual pages. Set custom page ranges. Download split files individually or all at once as a ZIP.

When you need it: A 50-page contract where you only need to share pages 12-15 with a client. Extracting one invoice from a batch PDF.

3. PDF Compressor

🔗 solvebar.com/tools/pdf-compressor

Reduce PDF file size by removing embedded metadata and optimizing object streams. No quality slider that secretly re-renders your document through a server.

When you need it: A scanned document that's 15MB and needs to be emailed. Reducing file size before uploading to a portal with size limits.

4. PDF Watermark

🔗 solvebar.com/tools/pdf-watermark

Add custom text watermarks to all pages — control font, size, color, opacity and rotation. Mark documents as DRAFT, CONFIDENTIAL or SAMPLE before sharing.

When you need it: Sending a proposal to a client before the contract is signed. Sharing a sample report while protecting the full version.

5. PDF Form Filler

🔗 solvebar.com/tools/pdf-form-filler

Fill in PDF form fields directly in your browser — text fields, checkboxes, radio buttons and dropdowns. Download the completed form as PDF.

When you need it: Government forms, tax documents, application forms. These almost always contain personal information you really don't want sitting on a stranger's server.

The Offline Bonus

Because these tools run entirely in the browser, if you install solvebar.com as a PWA (Progressive Web App), they work completely offline. No internet connection required after the first load.

On Chrome: address bar → install icon → Add to Home Screen.

Why Solvebar Is Different

✅ Most free tools upload your file to a server — Solvebar doesn't
✅ Most free tools require login — Solvebar never does
✅ Most free tools don't work offline — Solvebar works as a PWA
✅ Most free tools have data retention risk — Solvebar has none

Who This Matters Most To

Lawyers handling client documents

Accountants working with financial records

HR professionals processing personal employee data

Freelancers sharing contracts and proposals

Anyone in the EU where GDPR makes data handling a legal matter

Privacy-conscious individuals who just don't want their files on someone else's server

Conclusion

The next time you need to process a PDF, ask yourself one question before uploading: do I know where this file is going?

If the answer is no — or if the document contains anything sensitive — use a tool that keeps your files on your device.

All five tools above are free, require no login, and process everything locally in your browser.
